Along the 6.671km way of the Nile and his canals BAMAG has realised BAMAG's know-how of the water technology in the course of time in many areas successfully. Already in 1922 BAMAG has built one of the first water works in Egypt (Luxor, 600 km from the south of Cairo). 
Other landmarks were 5 water treatment plants in the industrial zone Helwan.
Potable water for Maadi, Gizeh, Port Said, Suez area, Fayum-oasis, Edfu, Ismaelia and more.

BAMAG is very successful in Egypt till this days. The younger references: Badr City, Ismaelia, Port Said, Sheikh Zayed, El Marg, 240 Villages...

BAMAG / BAMAG Egypt received more orders to supply with best potable water.
From the Egyptian state performed by the "ministry of housing" BAMAG received several orders for the construction of potable water plants from surface water.

Potable water for Cairo
In 2009 BAMAG / BAMAG Egypt LLC received 8 orders for engineering, delivery, erection and supervision of electromechanical orders as well as a year of Operation & Maintenance for the water treatment plants:

 
The plants perform 800 – 1200 l/s. The order value amounts to total approx. 80 mio EURO. The plants are built up modualer and distinguish themselves by a compact construction method. Decisively for the placing of order was the very high acceptance at government authorities, caused by the very good authoritative references which deliver excellent potable water quality.

10th of Ramadan City
In January 2009 BAMAG received an other order for the construction of the first step of a waterplant for approx. 2 million PE. Essential for the assignment receipt was the technical concept and the compact construction method. The potable treatment plant will deliver 600,000 sqm/d potable water and corresponds to the design of the potable water treatment plant El Marg/Cairo which is already in operation since January, 2009. The order value amounts to approx. 45 Mio. EURO.
